weightlifting

    I've been weightlifting a while, I'm not professional, but am interested hearing from anyone that is.

    I wouldn't consider myself a professional, but I've had experience. Was there something specific you wanted to know??

    what type of lifting? i've recently started doing some olympic lifting (poorly) because of crossfit.

    This thread is pretty old, but seems worth reviving. I do a little lifting, mostly lower weight amounts. Not that I have anything against power lifting, but it just isn't my thing.

    What specifically do you want to know what you need to podnyat.No weight you have in the first place, why you need to weight or dry, and get relief from the muscle.

    Old thread but I don't weightlift, I do a lot of bodybuilding though.
