okay so first of all here's a few facts about me im 18 and just started college in September. Im not completely sure of my sexual orientation I mean im pretty sure im gay or at least bi. i have told three of my classmates that im pretty sure im a lesbian and so far they seem fine with it (one of which suspected it on their own :p ) i have also told my parents i think im gay which was a huge mistake. over the past couple of years my parents had always told me that even if i was gay they would still love me because all they wanted was for me to be happy in life but when I officially told them that I think im gay they seemed fine with it at first and then everything changed and they told me that there is no way I can be sure im gay coz I have never dated anyone before and there was many arguments about it after I told them about 6 months ago but now there is nothing mentioned of it it has never been spoken about in a like two months but anyways thats all besides the point. my problem that i need advice about this girl in college that i think is really cute (prettiest girl in college) and i need advice on how to ask her out and now here are the issues i have never talked to this girl in my life i dont know anything about her so i dont know if she's gay but im gonna be stereotypical here coz its all ive got to go on she looks like a typical lesbian she has short blonde hair and dresses like a boy. i see her around a lot but i feel like she doesnt even notice me. i see her all the time in the coffee shop in our college but shes never alone she is always with someone and idk how to approach her I don’t even know her name, if shes dating someone or If shes even gay. And none of my friends know her so im wondering how to even go about talking to her btw im unbelievably shy. So please help! Thanks in advance :)

The key may be to approach her like you want to become friends with her. That way, there may be less pressure on yourself. Does that help at all?
