I don't know what to do

    If you have already asked her why and she is not responding then you have to leave it alone. I would not involve others at work about this because this is work. Document the situation and put it away in case anything comes up. You did not do anything wrong. If she heard you right she over reacted. If she heard you wrong then she is an idiot for not at least talking to you being one of your best friends and all.

    If you don't have to work with her directly then you have to wait till she comes around to talk to you if she does. Not much of a friend this one.
