    Hi people!

So there might actually be a proper official place to put this but I get lost trying to find things.

I'm after a good book to get lost in, not necessarily of the lesbian theme. Does anyone have any recommendations??

If the words 50 shades are mentioned then I'll cry! Don't make me cry, it's Christmas.

The writing on my forehead - Nafisa Hajid. Hands down my favourite book, I don't know if it's the content or her writing style but it transports me to somewhere else. She has another one too that's pretty good.
And Wally Lamb's 'I know this much is true' is amazing, really long but worth the time :)

Thanks very much for the recoms!

I like long books, I usually read mine in a couple of days and am then left with a strange emptiness at the end because I've read it so quickly :(

The last one of his - We are Water - has a lesbian wedding/theme but it was so incredibly longwinded and boring I had to give up about halfway through....I just couldn't go on
